I've searched the forums but in the older posts there wasn't a complete answer as most revered to the bounty buff/quest.
Last night i was running arround in vol'dun going for the bounty to get the title.
But I could not even get the 15% assassin buff for 10 kills.
Is there an invisible timer after each kill in which you need to make the next before it resets? or do only lvl 120 count?
Got to somewhere between 20-30 before I died but never got the 15% buff.
Never left the zone, took a flightpath or anything. Just ran arround.
Some kills had about 5-10 min in between untill i found finally found someone.
It wasnt very crowded last night on the shard i was in, thats why im thinking there is a timer.
Hoping someone has an answer or if its just a bug i had.

I think it's a bug, I think I had that before. Should be 10 kills without dying, get assassin buff, then after that at random you get the bounty debuff.
Had the same thing today, rest of the grp got their slayer titles. Feelsbadman
I’ve tried it before, yes if often bugs out, but if you never switch your server or your zone you should always get the buff after 10 kills without dying.
Also don’t relog or DC because that seems to reset it too

Ah, I’m gonna have to be more observant. It might also have to be 10 kb on different opponents as well. Hard to find details on War Mode outside of forums, Blizz likes to make us figure stuff out.
I killed tons of people got no buff and died. As soon as i ressed i got the bounty on me. Also a prot paly in my guild had 8/10 kill as the assassin and died. When he ressed the bounty wasnt cleared on him and he got 2 more kills and the title. Seems buggy as hell
