With 8.1 I’ve decided to make an Assassination Rogue PvP Guide. While I’m not a super Blizzcon player I still have achieved my 2k4 in all brackets for my first retail season, so I figured my advice could help fellow Rogues who seek improvement!
It’s found on my YouTube "Shadenox WoW.
I’d have posted a link, where else than the bnet forums to discuss wow business, but it seems I can’t include links in my post, for some reason.
I also record a lot of my games, both 3s and 2s, and try to make some sort of commentaries.
Hello,
Very good videos. I mean it really feels like you know the stuff. Most of all you showed me how important Rogues can be and it’s not about damage, and how complex Rogues are! I love tactics and I want to play rogue even more now even though Rogues are far from best dpsers.
You should start doing this live. You should get good number of viewers. I would be a viewer.
I would like to learn to better understanding tactics. Do I need to level other classes to understand them? How did you manage to learn so much? Anyway thumbs up to your videos!
Hey! Thanks for the feedback, it’s very cool!
I have considered speaking more and am still thinking about it, the only things restraining me from doing so are the time needed that I don’t always have (I often need to say my stuff several times before I’m happy with my English) and also my awful mic!
I am not in a situation where I can really do it live, sadly
No, you don’t really need to level up a class to learn it, but you need to understand why you keep dying to that class, how this other class removes your stuns, how often they can do it, why do they survive when other people die… Basically when something goes wrong you just look at the why, then check which spell did what and you’ll know what you have yo fight against in no time!
i dont know how i got your videos in recommended section on yt… and i watched like 4 5 your videos month ago and they re great … and i wont agree with dutchstab that you should talk instead of writing.
i think that is actually something that makes your guides different and its great when you pause it and explain what you should do in a certain situation
thumbs up from me
Well yes I still kind of like the format. I can see how an oral format could be good, but my idea of the written one comes from a game I played a while ago. Someone did guides and stuff with only written text and he had his unique touch on top and that was better than listening to someone for the most part. Also it’s easier for me to type than to speak since English isn’t a language I really master.
And thanks for the feedback, I do appreciate it a lot!
