Assault on Bash'ir Landing and Unstable Diamonds

Is the Assault on Bash’ir Landing! quest and the associated event available in Blades Edge mountains?

Completing the battle Allows you to buy meta gems %stun rest+ap/sp.

Anyone has them? Is it up and functional? There were some issues with the Ogrilla at launch so I was wondering if the rest works …

I dont think Ive seen anyone with this meta, so either they are not up, or I have been camping in wrong layers at wrong time …

It is functional, those events happen automatically every once in a while ( every hour or hour and a half if i remember correctly ), doesn’t matter whether you’re there or not when the event is in progress, what matters is event to be successful for the vendor to spawn. You can’t solo it though, need a little group ( with healers)
