In my opinion, like irl, everybody have their own musical taste, then maybe there’s gnomes that like (urgh) rap/hiphop/techno trash, and other ones that like prog rock. Not always one size fits all.

Different genres represent different cultures because different instruments were invented in those areas, plus there are WoW races based on various subcultures, like the metal culture.

So yeah, they probably have different tastes. You wouldn’t exactly call pop music a Chinese invention but pop music is definitely a thing there, obviously.

Fun fact: Jackie Chan, aka Cheng Long, is a huge pop musician in China. For example he sings “I’ll make a man out of you” in Mulan.

There was this forsaken warlock called Drakedog I used to watch pvp videos of years ago and he always played metal like Sonic Syndicate. I always think of that band when I see forsaken warlocks :smiley:
