-update appeal system does not communicate with you, I need assistance to check how this false ban happened, I would now write here, if I would be able to communicate with someone who has empathy to help me, as I did not have any hack as accused, it is unbelievable, why would I check my own logs and everything if I was hacking, it makes no sense, I am brainstorming ideas why it could happen, please aid- Vrakthris 
or anyone please assist to escalate my case.
Last week I got disconnected and got message of being banned, it is a shock, I’m being accused of using hacks, I do not have or used any hacks, I know it was false reports from bots or players or false interaction with random program like browser Chrome, which I dont think could be an issue. I have some idea, where bots could false report me.
Tickets - EU101744939 and EU101744733 did not provide information and help. Also made other tickets and they were even with less information, also sent a dispute to legalaffairs and also preparing dispute to Better Business Bureau (BBB)Complaint level and to European data authorities it will not be sorted out soon.
Please admins assist me or any players assist what organizations European citizen should also beside mentioned authorities I should escalate this false accusation.

I got email and ticket says
"… as evidence of unauthorized third-party program usage was found etc.
- what was detected, what to remove from my PC?
- I did not feel any stat increase or any gameplay change during different gaming sessions, so what advantage I got?
It is false ban or false report.
I know that they cant tell exactly what was detected, but if it is like browser or something, players should get a warning, why permanent ban? Also gameplay, stats etc was not adjusted, abused or changed in any way. I strongly believe some bots reported because I was farming and mining close to some groups.
I have no idea why I’m permanently banned, after brainstorming, my thoughts how it could have been false triggered.

Just before the ban I lost electricity for few minutes and got disconnected, I was in a dungeon with a random group from the in-game dungeon finder, maybe they reported me and this triggered false ban? When I logged back in I said sorry, I lost electricity.

Few days ago I tried tomtom navigation add-on (your forum and your official statements says it is allowed to use it, and I have friends who played classic and they have many addons and no one is banned) I copied a command from the wowhead website, wowhead has 1.9 million visitors per day, legit and well know website especially for new players or returning players as me.

For in game navigational map pin. It is not a hack, tomtom addon is allowed, give me a warning if I did something wrong, I wont do it again.
I used for navigation for one simple quest, addon was removed other day, as I play on gaming laptop, I did not like extra stuff on my screen.
- I’m preparing for Midnight expansion, I was farming ores for selling on Auction House for 1-2 hours at max per day, also tried to farm various items that are more expensive than ores in different zones( I did it less than 1 hour last week), most recently I was farming felcloth in Alliance original zone, solo and sometimes in a party with random people from group finder in-game-option. When I found the group, it said feltcloth farming, when I joined the group I asked, record from my data logs:

I knew it is not a bug or not abusing system, because I saw a video, it says that its just normal grinding, normal farming:
search on youtube felcloth, just look, 8y old are some videos, if it would be some bug it would had been fixed or anywhere mentioned, in this case it is just normal grinding.

and even that it is 8 day ban and it is clearly abusing of the bug in the game.
I did nothing like that, it was pure grinding, those mobs are programmed to have 8 percent to drop feltcloth, and it felt this way. Just go to that location and you will see yourself.

Maybe someone reported me, because sometimes there were people who could not get in the group, because it was full, on the last day I remember that, as one person came and asked to join, I replied to him, there party is full, but I will leave in 15minutes, so maybe he reported me for nothing? Check the logs, I almost instantly communicated and answered party members questions or random met person, also offered potions for group members, This clearly indicate that it was me who was active and playing, not a hack.
Farming or mining is pretty repetitive, I see how random persons could false report you, I wont do it again, to avoid it. Check my gameplay or logs, I did not use any hacks, I was chatting my party members, checking items in the inventory, stopping to go to WC and to rest eyes and to look around at other players or buffing them with my spells, just check the logs, you will see that I misclicked many times, did not land the spells etc. And during those 1-2h farming periods I was making in auction house 6-20k gold per day, which is nothing, to repair my gear it costs 1k gold.

- During WoW gaming periods, I would open browser Chrome to check info, where to find a vendor or what is a new coin that I got etc, maybe Chrome triggered false ban? Also I have other games as League of Legends and games on Steam. On League of Legends I am honor level 5 (which is max honor level, happens through consistent good behavior like receiving honors from teammates, I can prove it to GM via video call) League of Legends have Vanguard anticheat program, which maybe it was detected somehow, please let me know, as I see posts on reddit that it runs in the background, but other games never detected it and as mentioned if its detected, how gameplay changed, what was impacted? But I did not play same day LoL and WoW, so these games less likely was interacting with each other.
Gameplay, nothing was impacted or felt that it was impacted or different from other playing sessions, so how it is permanent ban, at best it should be a warning to check something or to remove x from my PC.
How can I prove it is false ban:
- More than 80 % of the time I play with War Mode on, which means its me who actually playing the game. Also there is bigger risk to be reported, if you “steal” mining ore from other player or bots, who can report you, because of greed or competition.
- I did not see any character stats or gameplay change during my gaming periods, that would indicate that something in the background was causing an issue, if you detected something, let me know. There is no CPU usage of any other program or trojan, except Chrome as mentioned.
- I purchased Midnight expansion, that shows my goals are to play long term.
- My account and character is few years old, I played classic, retail, remix modes and have only 200k gold on my account and pretty low iLvl and no PVP rank, it is just a regular character below average. I did not trade any items with anyone, or sent any mail to anyone. I bought a cupcake from WoW birthday vendor and was planning to send to a friend as a joke tho.
- I almost instantly communicated and answered party members’ questions or random met persons’. This clearly indicate that it was me who was active and playing, not a hack. Most likely other bots saw that Im not one of them and mass reported me due to competition.

It shows that I’m not a bot, instantly communicating, involved and I’m aware what is happening around me, also assisting other players, offering bear tartare for movement speed etc. being a team member and active player in WoW world. Later that day I did undermine main campaign, was in some dungeons, did a delve, participated in 21st anniversary events and did a 21st anniversary’ temporary battleground.
On my free time I enjoy nature, sometimes volunteer in food bank, red cross and shelters, it also shows that I’m an honest person.
6. I requested and got my data captured from Blizzard it says:

it says that AUTO - automatically. This is almost exact time when I got the ban, probably it means it was auto banned by system or reports from bots.
It is a false ban or false report, unban my account, if you detected something, inform me to check - assist your customer give me a warning, as I dont have any hacks and did not abuse any system, as mentioned my character is below average, stats or inventory does not stand out and if it was some unrelated program running in the background it did not impact gameplay in any way.
Addons and farming and mining are allowed, but I promise to not farm in any groups or populated areas, as I could come close to bots and it might trigger false ban again.
Please forum managers assist me to get in touch with higher management, who can solve it, on youtube, reddit there are plenty of streamers and players who got false ban from bots reporting them or similar case, their gameplay is recorded and it shows that Blizzard do make such mistakes, please assist me to solve my false ban.
