This is not fair for all other races that half, already can start at lvl 10 while everyone else start from lvl 1.
Either make all start from lvl 10 or put all to start at lvl 1
I suggest make everyone starting lvl 10, quests can be adjusted in starting zones via chromie time that can be placed in every starting zone where you create new character.
Or you could give us an option to choose, start lvl 10 or start lvl 1.
That’s all.
Why exactly?
That 25 minutes it takes to level 1 to 10 is really going to change your life. Maybe you’d learn Japanese or the violin. You could write that novel. Maybe you’d invent the next form of battery and save the world.
No. This means to skip things
Personally, what I’d rather see, is proper starting quests and areas for the allied races but I understand that is probably not going to happen 
I love the starting areas, they give flavour and story. Those 10 levels fly by.
well, NO. After 20 years it’s getting boring and hundreds of alts. I wish i could start Night elves at lvl 10, like all other allied races.

Firstly, if you hate it so much, I don’t understand why you keep leveling alts, but whatever. You don’t need to answer that.
Second, if all started at 10, you might aswell call level 10 level 1, so I guess what you are actually asking is “make leveing even faster than it already is”. Again, why are you leveling these characters at all?
Your attitude is basicly why we now have a leveling process that makes pretty much zero sense story wise. We don’t need more of your hate for leveling. What we need is that people like you can opt out of leveling completely, so that people who do appreciate the game for the sake of leveling too, can level characters in a game that has actual story- and character progression while leveling too, and not just at endgame.
And yes, I have also played this game for almost 2 decades. You just don’t like leveling, it’s not really the length of your playtime that made you dislike it.
I wish I could choose to start all characters at 70 (without paying for it) and skip the boring levelling process altogether, but it isn’t going to happen.
Something gets tedious after repeating it hundreds of times. More news as it breaks.
The more pertinent question is why you are leveling hundred of alts if its ‘boring’.
And of all the things to focus on, the laughably short time from level 1 to 10?

It’s not about that. It’s about fairness for all races to start at same lvl. If half of playable races can start at lvl 10, why other half can not too?
Not everything has to be equal for all.
Whats next? The quest giver is 50 yards further away for class x which takes longer which is unfair?
You can accidentally stomp on a critter at those levels and ding. It’s an Olympic level stretch to say its a problem or unfair.
The treatment hes recieving from you is unfair.
I get that yet for me it seems the Allied Races got the short end of the stick, despite the minor advantage of starting at level 10. The fact their origins and background are not well communicated through starter gameplay to me is a poor experience. You’re just plonked in the world with a recommendation letter, I find it cheap and lazy.

Wouldnt this just make level 1 = 10. it literally would make no difference other than starting spells, and the main reason why you dont start with alot of spells is so you can learn your class.
The main reason why allied races are level 10 is because you unlocked them by reaching level 40, at a point where you have alot of spells and if you choose to make a new class you wouldnt feel overwhelmed as much.
Everyone should start at 69, because that would be… noice.
