I wouldn’t touch it until 100 or even 110 tbh. Especially not as Alliance bc of the 25% buff. Pandaria leveling is super fast, Draenor is just treasure hunting, Legion questing is also really fast especially if you can do it while an invasion is active. So i’d personally only use it to skip the incredibly boring BFA questing/Dungeons

Well korrak is the fastests from 60 to 120 even with those things. i usually do enough of wod to get garrison and level 91 after using the taanan skip on timeless isle. then i buy some wod xp potions and start queueing for korrak again.
Soloing objectives is not hard at all in av, even in korraks revenge its easy possible of you got an aoe root/stun or a pet that can lead the mobs away. You then cap it and run away or wait for more people to actually kill the npcs and defend what you capped

If you like PVP then level 60. If you hate PVP and you just want to kill mobs as fast as possible and win/lose AV fast then the best level to do Korrak’s Revenge is 100+.
Honestly, taking a break from northrend questing, and doing pvp instead is good
I noticed that at level 60 it really starts to kick in and you’ll get at least 1-2 levels per bg. I got into WoD today and I only did first few quests there and was at level 100. Just queue up and do some quests while waiting for the BG to start
