How about we are also able to exchange them for valor. As the last 3+ times, i have only been able to get gear with bad stats. Atleast this way, it can help us upgrade the gear we have, that actualy have the right stats

Valor is farmable, you can join any +2 (other low key) and zoom through the content. If you are helping someone with low score you get extra valor too. You can see these runs listed in the group finder, usually identified as bonus valor runs, their score is also a pretty good indicator.
There is no cap on valor, so there sky is the limit.
And lets not forget by farming +2-+5s you’re also helping someone get up the ladder a little bit.
Valor is very farmable and fun to farm as well.

You can also farm Genesis motes. But the game still let you exchange the tokens for it
