Auction house disappeared item

yesterday before restart; i have listed 210 anchor weed on auction house;

woke up they disappeared didn’t even take the gold for it.

Yeah, sold items on the ah this morning and didnt receive any gold yet. seems to be a major bug according to us forums. Big F for my 20k

Yep, same problem. When items get sold, gold isn’t being delivered to mailbox. Opened ticket about it.

This is also happening to me. Not a large amount, but it’s still missing. Auctions sold late last night, checked this morning and nothing still. I did see them on the Sold tab, however I did only check once

Breaking news on the launcher is saying that some players are having long delays in receiving mail. No data is being lost and your mail will be delivered. It says a bit more but copy/paste doesn’t work. I wonder if it could be that causing the problem?

Hey there,

As Ananda mentioned we’re looking into a few different AH issues at the moment. Importantly though they are display issues only and we haven’t been able to reproduce any issues causing items or gold to actually be lost.

Most issues can be resolved by disabling addons, closing and re-opening the mailbox or simply waiting a bit longer.

I have the same issue - lost 180 Siren’s Pollen.

On few characters lost items, they doesnt appear on AH and didnt came back to my mailbox, I posted them on AH yesterday for 12h. Total worth ~20k gold.

This does not work. The last 24 hours, I’ve sold a lot of items on AH, but never received my gold for those items.
Have you solved this issue yet? I’ve lost a lot of gold which were going towards my wow token that I was going to buy but now I can’t…

Those auctions were not on this character, but my warrior named Owdee-Kazzak

This happened to me right now, I posted 5x Embroidered Deep Sea Bag, then after a few hours i ran a cancel scan and wanted to repost the bags. That’s when I noticed I got only 4 of them, no gold incoming in the AH and no gold picked up from mailbox, I’n sure as hell…
