Auction house+mails

Great they atleast made a message on the login screen.
Hope they are gonna get the gold problem solved soon enough so people can get the gold from the auctions they sold.

One thing is “being aware”, another “doing something about it”. Have NOT seen / heard yet of anything being done about it.

Well, so far a blue post have stated they are aware of the problem and they made a post on the login/character screen. That shows me that they are doing something. I totally get what you are saying - it would be cool to know what is going on.

Ye thats so easy to remember if u got alot on auction house that sold.

Logging in and seeing you are missing 200k worth of stuff does not feel good hope it gets fixed soon.

Same here, everything is baked. I’m only trying to access auction house with an alt character, every time I try purchase an items that I need, I get stuck and forced to alt+f4, no mails can be received too. Not gonna risk trying to buy with a char that I’m currently playing.

stil no mail with my gold and items. Delay is rly long then …

24 hours past, still no mail. RIP my 50k

yesterday my friend get all mail from AH. Waiting too. This proof the gold not lost, as for me

Still waiting for my money. Now 25k may not be much for some people but for some of us it’s a fortune.

Waiting on over a load of gold to come back in from sales yesterday and now the world server has gone down

Hey Blizzard, any updates on this? People are furious all over the game, tons of people are missing millions and millions of gold. Game is buggy as hell, random disconnects, server down, gold missing from ah. You guys rushed this patch again all over? We demand some answers right now for this madness.

It’s the weekend, of course they just packed their bags and went straight home, expect a fix Monday evening. Who cares about paying customers, they can wait lul

I wrote the support a ticket from the ingame client and got the following from them:

"Hi there,

Thanks for your ticket regarding an Auction House issue!

We are currently working on a few different AH issues that are causing display issues and delays in items and gold being delivered.

Please note that these are display issues only though, and we still have accurate logs and data for all auctions - meaning no gold or items have actually been lost.

If you haven’t already, please follow the steps here to reset your UI https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/7549 and then check your mailbox again. Some mails may contain a large number of items and you may need to relog in between attempts of looting these mails.

If you still think something is missing, please be patient for now as mails will eventually be delivered as we continue to address these issues with fixes and updates.

Thanks for your patience and understanding and have a great day now!"

Cool, I didn’t have the time to try that out yet, but when you can’t I properly can’t either.

We just have to wait patiently while they fix it.

At the moment the servers have been taken down for “Emergency maintencance” as it says on the character login screen.

They are doing something to fix it :smiley:

My brother just wrote me that he randomly had a mount worth 50k gold in his bank… aaaaaand he hadn’t put it there himself xD

They have stated that they are also looking into the game crashes at the same time now. Probably also the lag etc as you said :slight_smile:

I hope everyone has been enjoying the weekend so far (apart from this particular issue and some others!).

As an update on this Auction House issue: A fix is being worked on at the moment, and I can assure you that no gold or items sent by the Auction House have been lost. For the near future though you may still occasionally get delays in Auction House mails, I apologise for the inconveniences this is causing to you all.
