Audio Bugged?

Been having some issues with audio lately. I can’t hear the effects of most spells when other people use them. For example, I can’t hear or see someone else’s feral frenzy. Another example, I can’t see or hear when another player uses the pvp medallion trinket. I see their animation, but nothing else.

All audio works fine when I do it.

I have a similar problem but with the voice of NPC. Both cinematics and normal NPC don’t speak anymore. All other audio effects continue to work normally.
