The work around solution to this if u are alt tabbed is to be in queue for dung/bg, if q pops when game ends u’re back at the spot u died but alive and ur gear wont have taken durability dmg, so no repair costs

I don’t play Evoker but I’m genuinely surprised that an ability to rescue an ally can be used outside of a party.

Fel, sometimes you can’t even go upstairs with it because the LoS
But grabbing someone and going up?

ok so to clarify even further, the said evoker who kills everyone in my realm in valdrakken, first starts by being on top of the pvp/pve entrance room in vald, does a thing called time or something, then flies down, picks ppl up, swoops to the left up then right up and drops ppl

NO SUCH ABILITY EXIST!!!
There is no ability in the Evoker aresanal - be it PvE or PvP - that allows you to pick up someone who is not in your raid or group team and just drop them in to their death
Your “proof” is nothing, just a bunch of skeletons
But it not change the fact, in WoW there is NO ability, spell, talent, or anything that would allow you do pick up someone and just kill them

There is a PvP talent called:
Swoop Up
Grab an enemy and fly with them to the target location.
But even that can’t do what OP described especially not in Valdrakken, in a Sanctuary
the guy is an aug evoker, it seems to be a combo of both soar and rescue, and yes he is picking people up, he grabbed me both wm on and wm off and dropped me to their death, not in party not in raid instance, just in valdrakken

blizzard hasnt turned it ooff in valdrakken which is sanctuary, ONLY usable on enemy players
