Authenticator bag slots missing?

See title. My 4 bonus bag slots have gone missing. Tried to check for it in account settings but got a 500. Something’s broken?

Obvious question but just checking you haven’t removed your authenticator or changed your mobile number on the site?

I’m having the same issue. Four bagslots lost despite having authenticator, didn’t change anything about my account, and if I go to the security page on my blizzard account, I get an Error 500.

And the MVP reply just popped in as I typed this. For what it’s worth, but I definitely changed nothing on my account.

That’s strange … you could try logging out and back in again and, if that fails, try resetting the interface - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/000007549 in case something is interfering with it.
You may want to wait a little while to do the relogging as there are authentication server problems at the moment and you don’t want to get locked out.

Would be kind of odd to be an interface issue - the four slots are gone, I have the clickable icon telling me to add SMS Protect/Authenticator, and the four items that were in that slot have already been moved to four other free slots in another bag. If it was simply a UI issue, those steps wouldn’t normally have happened.

My extra slots were removed on login too. As my bags were full I actually got a popup saying something along the lines of “Your inventory is full, clear some space in order to loot items.”, to which I just pressed okay, just thinking it a strange popup before having realised I actually lost some items I cannot seem to regain. Hopefully Blizzard restores them.

Furthermore, somewhat related I think, people are losing their shop bought transmog items.

There is currently an authentication issue on the launcher could this be causing the problem?

Yes there’s definitely many weird things going on. My account has gone back to Legion with several characters locked. Hopefully it’s all to do with the authentication problems and things will be back to normal soon.

I’m getting a log in server queue now. My account has dropped to BfA.

My 4 slots are back but no luck with the items, as expected - much buggy trickery afoot!

Another DDOS attack probably.

Didn’t change anything. But it seems I’m not alone so I’m going to assume the problem is at Blizzard’s end and just wait it out.
