Hi I’m having issues relogging into the battlenet app on my phone after changing my password, it keeps saying enter verification code, but I’m receiving no code to be able to verify myself!
(Security check) “Enter a Code from your authenticator device” but how am i supposed to do that if it’s in the Bnet app which I can’t log into to gain access to it?
The Authenticator sends a code for the Game, the companion app, but not the actual Battlenet app itself.

In the app, tap your profile picture, scroll down a little to where it says Authenticator, tap Enter Code Manually, and it should give you a code to enter.
You can use ANY authenticator, including the old ones, and any physical ones, to generate the code. They are all the same.
Unless you mean its trying to ask for an SMS code, then, yeah, you will need to contact Blizzard.
I’m trying to log into the actual Bnet app itself on the phone, with the Authenticator in the Bnet app now It won’t send me a code, so I’m confused as to how I’m actually supposed to be able to verify it.
If you are trying to set up a NEW authenticator, it will send you an SMS code via an SMS message.
If you are trying to MIGRATE from an old authenticator, to the new one, you will need the serial and restore codes from the old authenticator, and possibly an authenticator code generated by the old authenticator.
I gave both scenarios, because I’m not entirely clear on what you are trying to do.
If its the first instance and you haven’t recieved an SMS code, you will need to contact Blizzard.

I changed my password, which logged me out of everything, which is fine.
I relogged into the forums, relogged into the game, relogged into the companion app, but for some reason I can’t log into the Battlenet android app because it’s not sending me a Verification code. which I’m assuming is the authenticator code, I don’t think it’s an SMS code, because my mobile is up to date as well.
A quick google suggests that a “Verification Code” is sent by SMS, and is not the “Authenticator Code”
Beyond that, I’m not sure, I’d suggest either contacting Blizzard, or waiting for a Blue to reply once they return to work in the morning.
Edit to add: Blizzards SMS system seems to be rather unreliable, with lots of people in the past complaining that SMS codes are either not being sent or not being recieved.
Makes sense, curious as to why it’s not sending a Verification SMS then, since I’ve just checked and my mobile number is correct.

Are you trying to log into the Authenticator or the Battle.net app.? If you recently switched, you should use the latter.
If you’re trying to login while using an SMS verification, and are not receiving the SMS, which provider are you using?

Originally the problem was I was trying to log into the battle net Android app, and it wasn’t sending me verification code for me to be able to log in.
I tried again this morning and it worked fine as intended, I’m sorry I forgot to delete the forum post.
Glad to hear that you’ve received the SMS now. 
We’re aware of an issue with a specific provider (which is mainly used in France), but if the issue occurs again, feel free to post the phone provider that you’re using.
Yeah not in France, I’m from the U.K, just for reference my provider is I.D Mobile.
