Deleted bnet app without removing authenticator. Cant login on bnet. Bnet autenticathor tool isnt working. Costumer support is inexistent. Help please.
They don’t sell costumes. /j
You can create a ticket or self-remove an authenticator through SMS protect for example.

You can remove your Authenticator temporarily if it’s preventing you from logging in to your account.

Somehow i was logged out today everywhere on battlenet. I logged in with credentials, the login screen said i had to approve by my authenticator. I do have the battlenet app on my phone. Nothing showed up. I had to remove the authenticator from my account, and i logged in by SMS-code. And now there’s nowhere an option to add the authenticator again 
What a mess. Seems like the app is probably dead.
Yeah, there it is saying i should download the battlenet app. I already have the app. I am even logged in on my phone in the app right now.
On the Authenticator tab in the app it is saying “no login requests”.
On the website in my account it is saying i have no authenticator.
Your app probably has the old authenticator which you removed from the account.
