now with the insane 10-12 hours queues we got on Gehennas, i was made aware of a auto login function that Blizzard have added to the game clients but cannot find any information on it.
If you go to your classic folder where you have WowClassic.exe and creates a login.txt file with your email and password (yes plain text password is bad) and then open WowClassic.exe you now auto connect to the game, if you get disconnected or get disconnected for afking, the game now auto reconnects you back to character screen and every time it kicks you for inactivity on that screen it just keep logging you in and makes it so you keep your spot on the server all without using any third party programs which we all know everyone does…
now that’s all good for people with just 1 game license on their account, if you got 2 accounts it pops up asking which account to connect and thats where my question comes…
Is there a way to predefine which account to login with, maybe with a shortcut target argument

Mine asks me for the account name every time, I tried adding the account name afterward and got a random letter code and an authenticator request but it didn’t work.
You are better off asking in the tech forums.
Yeah it ask for account name every time if you have more than 1 license (account)
mine only asked for auth once.
I doubt any in tech would know since its a hidden feature by Blizzard ( ment to be used with internet cafes and such )
It just sucks that people with only 1 account can use it to never lose their spot on the servers while us with multiple accounts cannot use it
Bump for interest, got the same problem.
Tried to include the account name but it won‘t work, and its sad that blitzard doesn‘t allow to delete the other account
Same problem here, had a second account ages ago for a month or two and now I’m at a huge disadvantage queue-wise because I gave blizzard more money for a bit? Doesn’t seem right. Can’t even completely remove the second account and delete everything off of it either to fix the issue. I’d gladly part with all that’s on there to be guaranteed to skip the queue.
Hopefully there is a solution?
if the other accounts are old trial accounts then the support can delete it, for my case its 2 paid for licenses and 2 accounts i use 
I doubt Blizzard want to talk much about this feature since its not a documented feature but more ment for special cases like show cases, torunaments, cafes. but it doesn’t change that the feature is there but its a very unknown feature. i have made a ticket as well asking for information, i tried reddit as well but ended up with people getting pissed i released the information about the login file so that more are using it and people then have longer queues
But its also unfair that certain communities and guilds know of such feature and abuse it, since its a free to use feature open for everyone, it should be documented as well

Mwell, honestly I expected this to happen. I would’ve preferred they added a fix to allow multiple accounts and perhaps publicize this method more. But this is still better than feeling cucked because you spent MORE money than someone else.
