Since pre-patch, auto loot doesn’t work 50% of the time.
Really annoying.

Yes its borked. I “fixed” it by a small self made addon which just spams loot every 100ms if the loot window is up. You can download something similar and more sophisticated. I think the addons name is speedy autoloot.
