Automated item restoration for mop remix

Sorry for opening another topic so soon, but there may be a problem here, something new and unexpected. None of it seems to be automated and instead of THIS we are usually used to seeing a “ticket resolved” message at the bottom without any additional prompt for human interaction (on this step at least).

There is no email confirmation about it being resolved either, just a confirmation of opening a ticket and nothing has arrived through ingame mail either. I had scrapped my helmet on accident and didn’t have a replacement to socket a meta gem, luckily it didn’t take long to loot a new one so I am thinking about closing the ticket.


But now there is a new problem, the meta gem that was originally socketed into the helmet which would eventually get scrapped (ball of lightning effect) is now GONE COMPLETELY, probably because it was listed as a needed material in order to restore the helmet. I remember how it was put back into my inventory after the helmet got destroyed so that part was bug-free at least.

I have not received a restored helmet and am down one rare epic meta gem (I suppose the meta gem should be in if it ever gets back to me). This is such a mess so I hope I didn’t lose you halfway through. I figured out eventually that I can buy the gem from the vendor so no big deal. Ticket cancelled.

I am at the same situation, the tickets says an averate wait time of 17 days

but my gear has been upgraded a few time and also has 3 fully upgraded legendary gem sockeded, those are bronze already spent, so i would not upgrade another item, because scarping a upgraded item doesnt to give me the same amount of bronze of upgrading it,

And now seems like i am stuck and not recieving my item, and cannot upgrade any item, because the remix upgrade system requires me to upgrade all item to the same ilvl before progressing to the next ilvl

I am experiencing the same issue.

Accidentally scrapped an item and the tinker gems were added to my inventory. Tried to recover the item and now the tinker gems were removed from my inventory.

This is going nowhere. At first nothing worked as intended, then all of it was disabled completely and the history page stopped logging items for a while. Short time ago it came back online again.

At the end of entire of process all of which should be automated, it opens up an entirely blank ticket. There’s an email notification and nothing more. Est wait time 15 days, no items received in mail.

Either disable it completely or fix it. First three weeks or remix not many players have been using this feature but nearing the end of the armor upgrade road, secondary power stats are starting do diminish at a 50% and greater rate. I got my versatility to up above 100% and any further points I earn all go into the trash bin because I stopped benefitting from it. Now would be a great time to replace some existing armor pieces without clearing the raids another 10 times before you see something useful drop again.

Expect this to become a problem for the larger crowd soon if you continue to do nothing about it and as more players start finding themselves in the same situation.

Where are search and filter features for restoration? 100+ pages of garbage, no filters of any kind and sometimes it takes a over 30s for individual page to load before you can inspect the tooltip of an item.

Response received half a day later, it is a copy pasted article on how to use the restoration page. No items have been restored for me and I am presented with a survey. There are smaller typos so someone human must have had their hands over this.

Don’t expect positive feedback. Is CS at all familiar with what is going on because it ends up in your inbox and ultimately wastes more time than it was intended to save, both for me and for you.

This should be working correctly after last week’s reset, so if more players are having issues, please include the details here.

That said, the best way to avoid issues like this altogether would of course be to take care what you delete in the first place as much as possible.
