It seems everyone on the other side of the fence has trouble understanding the point: It is not the EVENT that we are complaining about it is the FORCED PVP FLAGGING. It could be bunny rabbits hopping around handing me epics, I still do not want to be forced flagged. EVER.
I have left the game several times in protest but not much point when my 6 month sub just started now is there? Iām just not playing until release instead.

Not at all. I can remind you of the post were you said that people who PvP are thugs in real life. Iām surprised at you for saying this. A lot of people who PvP are totally respectable, have respectable jobs, families etc. Youāre the person taking this whole event totally to the extreme

Technically, Plumseed, you pay for access to the game, as it is. World of Warcraft is an ever changing environment. It has a timeline, it has events and it is always evolving.
Our developers try to provide ample content where different groups of players can find something they enjoy doing. However, there are times when the events of the game donāt just impact a small corner of it, there are times when that impact is felt everywhere. This is one of them.
I understand your frustration and Iām sorry that you cannot do exactly what you want when you want to. If you were playing a standalone game, that is something you could reasonably expect to be a constant. This is an MMO, and events that take place in it, especially events of a coming expansion, are meant to be felt throughout it. .

In my realm, majority of people talking in trade chat etc seem to be enjoying this event. The only ones that seem to complain are the levelers and GS erpers.

Same thing, different wording.
Nobody cares about the forced flagged except, the people I just mentioned.
There is no PvP ā¦ there are monsters attacking the city.
Whats all this PvP you people are constantly yapping about?
Yeah, they use the PvP system to enable the Ghouls to attack the guards and players.
But PvP is something elseā¦ this is a one time event where monsters come after you because there is a person behind it and not some stupid simple AI.
Its an EVENTā¦ a ONE TIME DEAL.

I thought people might like to see the blue post response.
It turns PVP on for you and when you hover over your profile it clearly says PVP IS ON. And it shows the WM icon next to your profile.
