Hey,
Didn’t know where else to post this, so here goes … I was sitting outside the Crucible of Storms raid entrance, had been AFK for a pretty solid while. Let me be perfectly clear here, too - I did not move, let alone did I walk, fly, tumble, fall, passenger on somebody’s mount, or anything of the sort. I was completely still and had been for quite a while, as I was doing stuff on the other monitor. As I eventually see in the corner of my eye that the WoW window abruptly started changing I assumed it was the disconnection process due to too long AFK.
But nope, I instead zone into Crucible of Storms. What’s more, I was ported directly to Uun’at’s room. Except … Uun’at isn’t there, and I haven’t killed Uun’at (or any other boss in that raid). Backtracking on the map, there are no trash mobs anywhere either. Instead, I’m sitting there with some random horde player character who looks about as confused as I do.
As the loading screen finished there was no message about legacy loot rules or combat log starting (which is supposed to happen & did happen when I in fact zoned into the Crucible of Storms raid on purpose an hour earlier).
Furthermore, I have no raid lockout for Crucible - so even if I was inside the actual raid instance, I don’t know why I would have been ported to Uun’at. Yet, the game says that my location is “Crucible of the Storms: Tendril of Corruption”.
Upon dying & releasing, I did not ressurect anywhere in Crucible of Storms, as one might expect (if I was inside the raid instance). I was subject to a Stormsong-themed loading screen and ended up (back) in the open world right next to the Crucible summoning stone - as a ghost - unable to retrieve my corpse because everywhere I go to close the distance ends up with the “hard to breathe” mechanic pretty much immediately.

I don’t need any issue resolved, thought I’d post this purely for the sake that this is either a pretty cool old god / Stormsong easter egg … or a possibly kinda weird bug that somebody might be interested in knowing about.
EDIT: Turns out I’m not the only one who has experienced this.
