Avenging Crusader bugs + unintended behaviour ? Really Blizz... after all these years

Hello, I have just reported bugs and weird behaviour regarding the new Avenging Crusader.

  1. I am still getting familiar that it now costs 5 HP, but I have to admit I was kinda happier with the previous version (if they want change it, just lower the cooldown to 1.5 or 1 min IMHO).
  2. Bug - I have 30 % haste and my CS has cooldown 4.6 seconds and Judgment 9.2 seconds. If I press AC or get the proc from Awakening the cooldown of these spells is not reduced by 30 % as it says in the tooltip. Actually, Judgement goes from 9.2 seconds to 9.3 seconds. I run Sanctified Wrath talent.
  3. The duration of AC is capped at 15 seconds. If I press AC and then get a proc from Awakening, the duration does not stack. With stacking it should be 15 + 8 = 23 seconds but it is only 15, therefore some Awakening procs just may be wasted. Is this intended ? Yesterday I got a proc from Awakening first and then pressed AC second, duration was still 15 seconds, not 23.
  4. Can Blizzard clearly clarify the interplay between Avenging Wrath, Sanctified Wrath and Avenging Crusader ? Since I am playing with with all 3 talents I thought that although AC is only 15 seconds, the reduced cooldown of Holy Shock from Sanctified Wrath should last full 20 seconds (as written in the tooltip) and not just 15 seconds overwritten by AC. Please Blizz is this intended ?

Last but not least, I am kinda disappointed how unprofessional some game changes are.
