I just wanted to acknowledge this thread and in case there was any doubt I can tell you we are acutely aware of the situation and doing everything we can to help alleviate wait times.
This isn’t the service players expect from Blizzard, and I apologize to anyone currently affected by this.
The best thing players can do to help is to use the self-service options and support site as much as possible, and help your friends and fellow players do the same. I understand some issues still require you to get in touch, but if we could remove every ticket from the queue that didn’t actually need intervention or an individual reply – we’d already be in a very different situation.
Other than that and as others have mentioned, just open a single ticket and include as much info as possible to make sure it can be addressed without having to go back and forth.
