Average ticket wait time 33days

This is pretty dire that we have to wait 33 days to get some support in a game.

My first ticket of a bugged UI (not being able to select or delete an Equipment Manager armor set) got shrugged off as not an issue… when it is!

Now I have unfortunately got to wait 33 days to have my ticket read after being scammed? I don’t even have faith that I will get any help after the last ticket.

Employ some staff please and help your community your so proud of.

EU support is inexistent and it won’t change. It’s a parody of customer support, but yeah, 2022 blizzard is parody of 2008 blizzard.

Classic is just money-printer. They don’t have people working on it at all most likely. It’s worse and more buggy than private servers. But they sell boosts, so they don’t care

This is starting to piss me off now. Completely useless the equip manager over a month. We pay for this monthly 9? WTF Blizzard… DO SOMETHING!

Just get an ItemRack addon and forget about it. Blizzard won’t help. They will just copy paste you a reply to go to wowhead and reddit in 33 days.
By Elune I can’t wait to kill the LK HC again and never give them another penny. MicroActiBlizzard can and should burn for their multitude of offenses.

We should make them care in some way. Boycott or something, i don’t get people that are happy that bosses don’t fall under the ground. There is so many bugs that any private server out there for past 10 years was better scripted it is just sad…

Yep that’s one way to lose customers, Blizzard. So lucky they’re riding on the succes of their predecessors, that’s the only thing they got going for them & why ppl decide to stick around (atleast a while longer).

As long as we are paying they dont care when we stop! they will beg us!

We have to force them somehow to do something it is just insane… I was hoping for a working wotlk experience and we got an abomination of a game where noone listens to us because we pay LOL

Don’t you get it? Most people don’t stop playing/paying because of crap customer support and Blizzard knows it, just like all the others. Support in virtually all companies is truly pathetic, I don’t know how they’re allowed to have such a timewasting system. I know personally how the standard of what is “acceptable” service by regulatory bodies now is so low.

Despite the average time of 33d I got a response on mine in ~15 days (reporting a ninja), I am not defending them but they are indeed “bombarded” with tickets as one of the GMs said, most of the tickets are “bring back RDF”, “fix queue times” and so on, without any actual issue, so honestly you get what you deserve.
And yes, they are short on staff because of the Activi$$ion m€rg€.

I work as a technical support so this is familiar to me (working with tickets and stuff), but most will keep on spitting without actually understanding what’s really happening.

It’s got nothing to do with that. They’re only short on staff because of WOTLK launch with all the tickets submitted likely combining complaints about anti-classic features, and whining about adding some retail features; GMs even tell you that. Just because you work with in technical support - I do also - doesn’t mean you suddenly know what’s going on, but there’s nothing to say it’s because of the possible merger.

Well im sure that they dont have the resources aswell to actually respond in 3 days. Even if its true about the bombing tickets, 33 days is unacceptable for a monthly sub fee.

It won’t actually be 33 days, it’s just an estimate. I’ve had 15 day estimated and answered in 7.

I made a ticket on the 15th and still need an answer. Pretty sad tbh.

It’s always calculated *2, so average is 7-14d and it just says 33d.
