It has passed 2 weeks ago when i last sent my ticket. Still no reply.
Is this common? i remember back in the days they replied in few hours.

That is definitely not common no. If it was me I’d close it and just make another one.
They could probably help you better here though;
Didn’t wrote this year i reckon , in the past from 2-3 hours to 48 hours .
I had a ticket going a few weeks ago and the average waiting time was 8 days. I prompted them by submitting updates (not sure if it notifies them or anything but they did eventually reply).
The responses were nothing more than generic replies that linked US forums for advice. Even when you do get a reply, I wouldn’t get your hopes up…Blizzard’s customer service has completely died since they closed the Versailles office.
The ticket queue is rather large atm, adding comments to a ticket does not speed it up, it wont push it back either.
Unfortunately there is no way round the wait time.
I have the same problem, second week for me too. I’ve opened a ticket and every hour the average waiting time increases.
Do not do that. A new ticket will go to the end of the queue.
The queue is long because a lot of things in all Blizzard’s games have happened at once and, additionally, a lot of people are making tickets for things GMs can’t fix … eg ‘can I have a beta key’ ‘how can I resurrect a character on a locked realm’ ‘why are there queues on classic realms’ ‘I want to report a bug’.
Is your problem anything we can offer advice on?
