Can anyone else confirm that Aviana’s Feather been nerfed? It was great fun to use on the odd occasion that I visit Draenor nowadays. But as of patch 8.2, it appears to have been nerfed down to walking speed.
If so, I’m glad to see that Blizzard are devoting time to fixing the most game-breaking issues!
Yup I thinks it’s just normal walking speed now which makes it practically useless for someone like me who is slowly still getting the pathfinding and can’t fly yet

You could try reporting it as a bug ingame as it may be an unintentional nerf

Another case of “fun sighted, fun nerfed”. Surprised it took so long.
I confirm it has been nerfed. I could use it to get a rather fun ride from Beastwatch directly inside Blackrock Foundry. Now I land just outside Beastwatch. I find it perplexing that someone intentionally spent time to turn this item to junk. I would report it if I was in draenor recently and had actually used it. Currently, I let my sub lapse so I can’t make in-game report but you’re right, it was really nice item. Mole machine from Garrison to Gorgrond, then feather to BRF. Cool way to travel even before flying.
They nerf the feather so ppl would have to get flying for old content = more sub money
Players who want to seriously do Draenor content will get Pathfinder. Those who don’t care about Draenor won’t have their mind changed because of the Feather working in this or that way.
