Can’t speak with the speaker Kuldas

This was working fine for me but this morning stopped working for my alts. Including one that I have partial completion on (5 of 20). I go back to Kuldas and he speaks to me but doesn’t give me an option pick up where I left off. I tried abandoning the quest and it’s still the same; I see one long paragraph of text and then a sentence “That being said, I’m quite busy these days.” with no option to enter.
