seems to of become a common issue where the awakening the machine event doesnt actually let you loot the bbig chest after completeing all 20 waves before despawning. considering this is a once a week loot thing, the event should be taken offline until the issue is addressed because it’s not fair in the slightest to go through all 20 waves and then loose a big chest full of stuff because blizzard still hasnt bothered to address the same old bug of chests despawning before you get to collect your loot, and as normal the customer service was useless.
