Azerothian archives' world quest not giving mysterious fragments

Since the first batch of world quest that spawned last week, i didn’t got any mysterious fragments from them. At first I was thinking it was because there was a soft cap per week, but today it was the same. Nothing but golds.

Is this a new way to do lock tmogs behind an horrible grind ?

Have the same problem. Terrible.

Same problem, 2 weeks in a row now. Seems kinda silly when you need over 200,000 fragments for all the items.
