Hi,
I tried to get in contact with you several times. Via submit bug and feedback, but I get zero response.
Having huge issues with the way you handle your customers, I’m actually paying for a service and do believe I should be able to at least email you.
I don’t want to post on a forum to get your attention, it shouldn’t be needed. Not everyone wants to contact you via the forum.
However, I’m currently getting kicked out of BG’s. I’m not being AFK, I can provide videos of it happening. What kinda bug is this?
As the bug/feedback reports state, you will not get a personal response for these.
Blizzard does not have an email where you can contact them for general player inquiries. If you’ve got an issue they can help with, you can reach them with a ticket through the support page.
As for being kicked in BG’s, generally this happens when players deem you not actively attempting to play the BG. If it’s through the automated system though usually a debuff is granted warning you of inactivity during the match before you should be kicked however.
Therefore in the latter case, reporting it as a bug is the good way to go. You can include the video links in that bug report. But in the former case, the only recommendation is to play more actively, unfortunately to avoid getting kicked by the other players.

It doesnt seem to matter if we make a bug report, just look at the mind control bug, this was reported back in Shadowlands beta.

Yea, will I do appreciate talking with the people from whom I paying to acquire a service from. I pay for this. Sending feedback to a box that no one seems to read feels… how should I put it? Meaningless.
I don’t know if they read or even opens it. It feels like sending messages to a spam box.
In order to open a ticket you have to go through a maze of choices which most times points to a completely unrelated topic with no option to open a ticket.
All I’m saying is that Blizzard has some work to do on their Customer Support. Never been treated(Ignored) by a company like Blizzard.
I didn’t get any debuff, the second time it happens. I was on my way from the graveyard to defend the capture point and I get kicked.
I was engaging in a PVP the next second I’m running for the graveyard and I get kicked with a 15min deserter debuff. Does that sound fair?
Not seeing how I could be less active in a battleground than to engage other players?

You don’t get a reply and it tells you this when you submit one.
I don’t want to be obvious but they don’t want bugs reported through tickets so they provide another way.
Are people kicking you or is it through inactivity?
If we don’t get a reply, how do we know that they recieve and acknowledge what we submit?
Right now it feels like it all goes into a trash bin.
No, from what I’ve been able to find out it seems that Blizzard doesn’t want any customer contact. Except when it comes to that day of the month when it’s time for the billing.
Can you kick people from a BG? I only thought you could report players for being AFK.
Not sure how I can more active, perhaps I shouldn’t die in a BG.
That is the point, they don’t acknowledge them, if they did it would be automated as they probably get 10K+ a week, they say “submitted” after you press send.
Just because your problem isn’t fixed doesn’t mean it’s actually a problem or they don’t fix greater problems first.
Lots of reports and inactivity get you kicked. I’ve seen people kicked for guarding the flag.
They get a lot of bug reports on things that aren’t actually a bug, just because something does not work as a player thinks it should work. So much so, that there used to be a “Not actually a bug” page, where they’d list the most commonly reported things, and explain why its not actually a bug.
That is the only feedback I’ve ever seen from Blizzard.
They have these nice prewritten texts, but they dont really care enough to give you real reply. Probably cause support is paid peanuts
Hi Lanfear,
As others have mentioned, the “bug report”/“feedback” tool ingame will not get a direct response, but those do get forwarded to the relevant teams. Customer Support cannot directly “fix” potential bugs, which is why we advise players to send their reports via the tool ingame.
This should cover some of the reasons why you are potentially being removed from the battleground, but it’s quite possible that you are being kicked by players who believe you to be AFK.
