On top of the 10 different types of anima items there are now 10 different type of relic fragments and an array of other junk materials that I barely know what to do with, teleporter repair kits, bunch of different keys (that don’t go to your keychain), weird mushrooms, and sourth. Few of the grey gear stack and since I have like 10-15 slots spare in my bags I have to mount my ugly mammoth every 20 mins to sell stuff.
What bags do I have you might ask?
3x 30 slot and 1x 32 slot and the starter backpack
Why do I have so few spare slots in your bag?
Well except all the anima, relics and quirky korthia item I like to keep a good amount of consumables for raids and M+ and this basically fills up an entire 30 slot bag. Another 30 slot bag is constantly filled with my off specc gear and PvP gear and items like the rechargable reaves battery and Net-o-Matic 5000. My 32 slot bag is filled with crafting materials, the 6 or 7 different types of meat, all different types of ores, cloth, gems and backup gems, not to mention all my engineering materials and my 3 different hearthstones. This leaves me one 30 slot bag and this one normally contains some extra consumables and crafting materials and the start of all the Maw/Korthia stuff…
Surely I can clean up a tad bit and maybe carry a bit less than 160 health potions and 5 stacks of buff food, etc., but I honestly don’t understand how the rest of you manage the bag space with both Anima, Relics and all the quirky items from korthia…
I wish blizzard could just give us some type of 6th bag for all these relics, and anima items…
Edit:
In fact, there are 78 non stacking anima items and there are 27 non stacking korthian relic items.
well the problem is i keep picking up mats from mining and killing creatures all the time… so a lot of those slots are inevitably occupied at all time anyway.
I also don’t see why we need 10-20 DIFFERENT items that reward you anima/research points.
It’s even worse, considering all the stuff I’ve collected over the years, I don’t even have space in the bank. I had to use the void storage to free some space.
You know what helps with bag space on the horde? Being a vulpera. I never run out of bag space unless old raid farming, and if I need to clear out bags I can just set down camp, hearth, return to camp and get back to it.
The average player could have, I don’t know… 4x30+16=136 slots on the character alone. Plus a huge reagent back for another 100, for non-reagents 7 bag slots in the bank for another 210 and the baseline bank space of about 28 items or so.
That’s very close to a whopping 500. I get it there’s a lot to collect, but many stuff can be more or less safely vendored.
I, for one, have my essentials only fill the backpack, and even in the bank I have only about 30 slots filled with something like a recipe.
Then, take a look at Classic (I’ll use TBC for ease), most will run around with 18 slotters, have about 28 bank slots, and again 7 bank bags. That’s 16+11×18+28=242. Only half as much, and TBC trash items literally fill your bags, and no vendor mount.
I run weekly dragonsoul for the mount and I have to go to the base thrice each run just to sell the items. And I only have items I use. Three sets, stuff I drop, consumables. Thats it.
Space needs to be revamped, with the void/cartel and all other magics going on Id love a Mary Poppins style carpet bag/wave of your hand open a portal to infinite space.
Anyone remember regent banks, this was really handy mine is full , atleast increase this.
