Balance druids are much weeker in dragonflight than in shadowlands. Boomies wasn´tin tournaments for a long time and are one of the weekest classes in pvp right now.
They lack stronger short cooldowns they basicli have incarnation and than wait 2 minutes for another incarn to finali make something again.
I suggest to just add some stronger short cooldowns as pvp talent or normal talent.
pvp talent greater starfall that make starfall 1 minute cooldowns and hit really hard like in wrath of lich king
pvp talent kindred spirits kyrian ability 1minute cd and redesighed it when used add 10% dmg to you and 5% dmg to your partner.
sisters of cenarius which turn your force of nature talent 3 treants into 3 cenarius guardians 1min cd that make really strong dmg with bows.
PVP talents must not be mandatory to have good damage
I really like your ideas, they have flavor and would probably be well received, but such things should be normal talents. PVP talents are for Cc/utility abd other cool tricks.
boomies are mid a tier right now. Not the strongest, not the weakiest.
Boomy lacks proper defensives or selfheal. Boomy have the lowest healing in every lobby by far with regrowth healing 20k-25k and frenzy forces you into bearform for a few seconds.
Dmg wise they are okayish. Cant really kill stuff on their own but can do some decent dps. Spam clones and being able to kite pretty good is what keeps boomy alive.
Until they rework their defensives i doubt we see boomies in awc very soon unless their dmg is heavily overperforming.
