i have noticed that with this hero talent starfire does more damage than my “SPENDER” how im suppoted to spend my ressource in single target? Of course dump it into starsurge but holy how is that possible that a builder is stronger than a spender. buff starsurge for real

depending how much stronger starfire is, starsurge still gives a stacking haste buff and has no cast time. so generally still worth it even if it does the same dmg.
