  • Demon Hunter
    • Felblade damage increased by 10%.
    • The Hunt initial damage increased by 10%.
    • Havoc
      • Chaos Strike/Annihilation damage increased by 10%.
      • Demon’s Bite/Demon Blades damage increased by 10%.
  • Evoker
    • Devastation
      • All damage increased by 4%. Does not apply to PvP combat.
      • Pyre damage increased by 20%.
  • Hunter
    • Marksmanship
      • Trick Shots damage percentage increased to 75% (was 65%).
      • Razor Fragments AOE damage percentage increased to 35% (was 25%).
      • Dark Ranger: Black Arrow damage increased by 15%.
      • Dark Ranger: Shadow Surge damage increased by 25%.
      • Dark Ranger: Bleak Powder damage increased by 25%.

    • Holy
      • Veneration now transfers 225% of damage done into healing (was 200%).
      • Saved by the Light absorb amount increased by 15%. Does not affect PvP combat.
      • Consecrate damage increased by 30%.
      • Lightsmith: Tempered in Battle no longer activates while the paladin is within crowd control.
        • Tempered in Battle no longer activates if its target is in Cyclone, Detainment Imprison, or Diamond Ice Freezing Trap.

      • Flash Heal healing increased by 15%.
      • Holy Fire damage increased by 15%.
  • Shaman
    • Restoration
      • Totemic: Surging Totem mana cost reduced by 25%.
  • Warlock

      • Haunt damage increased by 75%. Not applied to PvP combat.
      • Focused Malignancy now causes Malefic Rapture to deal 25% increased damage to targets suffering from Unstable Affliction (was 15%). Not applied to PvP combat.
      • Oblivion damage increased 25%.
      • Xavius’ Gambit now increases the damage of Unstable Affliction by 20% (was 15%).
      • Perpetual Unstability damage increased by 25%.
      • Siphon Life now increases Corruption damage by 30% (was 20%).

      • Conduit of the Celestials: Celestial Conduit healing increased by 50% in PvP combat.

      • Touch of Karma now absorbs up to 50% of maximum health in PvP combat (was 80%).
      • Shado-Pan: Flurry Strike shadow damage from Wisdom of the Wall increased by 30% in PvP combat.

Because the changes above will be implemented at the same time as the 11.0.7 patch, they will appear in the final 11.0.7 patch notes.

Blood buffed, ww damage buffed (OMEGALUL) but defensives nerfed. Affli damage buffed (trololol).

Wow, finally some proper changes. Took long enough. It’s refresing to get a break from rdruid and unholy nerfs or bm buffs

Edit: Missed the aug nerf, it wouldn’t be blizz hotfixes without nerfing some useless spec lol

eh did you read propperly? Blackout Kick dmg reduced (big outlier in the dmg profile from ww monks). FoF isn’t that big at all. Change is good, BoK needed a nerf but RSK needs some love.

I’d just wish they would have nerfed the procc and talent multiplier, not the main spell itself… dumb choice.

no nerfs on fury, bm, ele. outlaw xD meanwhile ww buffed once insta nerfed again (well i already said BoK will get overbuffed but on that nerf, RSK shouldve been buffe in pvp not FoF)

Guess I’m gonna play fury warrior and see what’s the fuss about why the spec is soooo “good” and keeps getting perma buffes whilst Arms is in limbo? :face_with_raised_eyebrow:

Nerfing Aug which is worst spec in PvP is just insane…

The way they are balancing this game is primitive as hell. +10% there -10% here, why pvp changes look like its made for pve?

By the way dh “buff” is a joke again, another 10% on auto attacks and felblade that deal legit 1-2% of total damage. I doubt this “buff” will even be noticeable.

That definetely will not fix the problem of dying in half of cheap shot or needing to press 7 consecutive buttons to start dealing damage with this disguisting designed heroic talents.

idk why the buff on suinfury, just buff the damn baseline dmg… everytime its sunfury buff, and instead of buffing spellslinger to reach sunfury they ended up nerfing sunfury

bruh mage has some of the most useless dmg spells in the game rn… as always we were right not being exited about hero talents, just another “u place B tier spec, k then its C tier if u don’t pick the hero talents we give u”
