So, with BFA, we saw all of the artifact skins get added to the appearance collection, which is account-wide. Are the balance of power tints also usable account-wide? Let’s say I have 2 rogues - if I did the quest chain on rogue 1, would it also be available for transmog on rogue 2? Haven’t been able to find a very solid answer anywhere else.
My guildies told me today that you had to complete that on every single character :<
Your guildies are wrong. You have to complete it on every single class.
Once you unlock an appearance and relog it goes into your transmog collection and EVERYTHING in there is account wide, no exception. Some restriction like minimum level, class, race or spec may apply and the spec restriction apply for artifact appearances but transmsmogs aren’t tied to the character, you can use it on any character you have that meets the restrictions mentioned above.
So in the case of for example Rogues you don’t have to do that questline on the second Rogue.
You have to do the tint variations unlock on the same character you got the base tint from but when unlocked it’s account bound.
Actualy in case of Balance of Power only Unleashed Monstrosities(kill 8 different 8 world bosses) has to be done on that particular character. Other things like Glory of Legion Hero is account wide unlocks and can be done on any character.
So like, If I have a warlock who’s near to completion of this achievemnt and I complete it, I may get the appearence on this pally?
Only if you have unlocked the base colour and it’s an account (blue) achievement.
I confused it with other skin. Balance of Power doen’st have This Side Up, It’s the Upgraded skin from class campaign. But still it unlocks the appearance account wide despite it not being account wide blue achievement. I edited my post above.
