I trying get the balance of Power quest, did now all class champain (the first big one)… bt i dont get Kalec to spawn in orderhall, any have get it in BFA and know how to activate Kalec to show up??
that’s a very long questline. Do you mean the very first quest? or some quest in middle?
you need artifact weapon. try to finish all artifact weapon questline. actually only one artifact weapon should work.
the best way to check is wowhead. go wowhead, search balance of power, check comments. you will see every quest in questline.
Can those Legion raids be solo’d by now??
