Ban appeal process needs work

Hi,

the ban appeal process needs updating, I get banned, I open a ticket to appeal, I just want the chat logs, then I would either open an appeal or accept the punishment… But when I am pretty sure I did not do anything wrong and now I’m sat waiting to get a ticket reviewed without knowing what I even did it’s a stupid system.

Give chat logs when you ban people and then you will get 100x less tickets opened, if I did something ridiculous I would not even open a ticket…

Instead I’ve opened 3 tickets and I am attempting to circumvent the appeal process through billing tickets just to get a human response, as I am sure that I have been banned from mass report addons…

They will not send you the chat logs via an appeal.

So I’ve tried to get my GDPR data as that was my first action to take it to my own hands - some reason it just loads forever “We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done.”

Been like that for 2 days when I’ve tried refreshing, restarting PC / clearing cache etc - just does not seem to download. I have a 1GB network too so not like my internet is weak.

Also yes they will share logs via appeal, I can show you a ticket from 8 months with that information.

While I can’t provide more information for now, we’re always working on improving our policies and processes, including our appeal process.

As for the self services not working at the moment, we are currently working on the stability of the site in EU, and some of them may encounter temporary service outage. If this is the case, please do try to give it another go at a later time.
