As the title says. BAN Q SYNCERS.
Give a deserter for those that don’t accept Q. If the non syncers miss it then that’s down to them. Don’t go afk when q’ing, then it won’t happen.
Tired of constant decliners and mismatched games thanks to Q syncers. Please implement a punishment for people that don’t accept Q.

It’s "40 minute"wait times because of constant decliners / Q syncers. 
Also it’s 10-20 minutes mainly.

Can we please get rid of dual queuers too please?
I was just one win away from hitting 2.4 as a tank, and then I started getting matched against duo queuers. I had been winning consistently, around an 80%+ win rate. But in my last several games, I kept running into teams with a healer or DPS sitting at 2.7+ CR at 2.3-2.5k MMR.
It’s not fair.
At this point let’s ban party queueing altogether and be done with it. Heck, just ban PVP and make it a single-player rpg.
Won’t help much. Q Syncers will still happen.

Personally, I’ve always hated Pikachu. Why could he always stay outside the Pokeball enjoying his life while the others was confined most of the time?
That was unfair as f*** 
They had luxury sleep in their Pokéballs. >:( Pikachu never had that!
