ALL character XP bars on a retail starter account show Banked XP and states the following…“You have earned XP that exceeds your level cap. Buy the game to apply your banked XP and gain 13 levels.” Can somebody please explain? Will all characters on a particular realm automatically advance 13 levels each, will XP be dispersed equally among all characters, or will I be given an option of sorts to choose from? Furthermore, is adding a subscription considered the same as buying the game?
