So i have spent the past 3 hours trying to log into wow and being disconnected, i’ve been looking for fixes etc… and then i just tried to log in again and it says i am banned.
I have no reason to be banned? I haven’t broken any rules and if i am honest, after 20 years of playing wow this is the worst/buggy state i have ever seen it.
What is going on? Why is it now saying I am banned? Why won’t the game let me log in and last but not least why is my Bnet client stuck at 99% for the past 2 weeks…
What is the actual message you get?
Did you check your spam filter?
Maybe your login problem is because the game hasn’t updated?
If it’s for “abusive language”, it’s just an accmulation of report. The process is fully automated. So if you played a lot of pvp/M+ lately that explains it.
Sadly you CAN’T appeal, because your ticket will 99% be answered by automated system
ALL you can do it wait the suspension out.
And p.s do not use these forums, inc extreme levels of white knight toxicity saying you’re either lying or pointing out it’s against talking about suspensions of forums.
I wonder if the OP has actually read the rules or is just saying they haven’t broken any without knowing the rules?
they responded, it was a mistake… i literally feel like in the 20 years of playing this game, this is the worst it has ever been, the game disconnects me about 10-15 times per day.
I have a 500mbps connection and top of the range gaming laptop, and then to add insult to injury, they mistakenly ban me, how do you even make that kind of mistake?
As humans we tend to do mistakes.
I would guess you are playing via wireless. The wireless could be switching off to save power, make sure it’s set to stay on all the time or connect using a cable.
Wireless is fine for browsing but it can shut down to save power.
at least you got a response, some of us have been trying since 26th of April and have had no joy,
My wife is also suddenly banned since this morning. No mail, no warning, nothing, just banned. No idea why this is. She also plays this game for over 20 years (as i do). It seems randomly. Anyway, very frustrating!
Also, she can’t enter anything anymore, maybe hacked? The only thing she can see is that she is banned due to “Blizzard’s in game Code of conduct” which is strange because we don’t chat with other players…i am guessing that they made another mistake 
I also got suspended for abusive Chat for 21 days because my Account was compromised and already Received 2 warnings, im waiting for my Ticket since 4 days, no response. Guess its faster to just wait out the 21 days
At least you know why, my wife has no idea and can’t log in anywhere
