Banned for Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)

Recently on 25th July, my main account, which was active since 2010 has been banned “due to exploitative activity involving unauthorized cheat programs (commonly known as hacks)” while I was not even online.

I submitted an appeal which was replied with a auto reply: “This action has been taken in accordance with our Terms of Use and our In-game Policies (https://blizzard.com/support/article/42673 ), which all players acknowledge and agree to prior to playing. These policies and conditions allow us to maintain a fun and safe game environment for all of our players…”

Then, I followed that up with additional plea that I had done nothing wrong and would like to know why exactly I was banned.

This reply was responded to by “Taromancer” basically repeating the auto reply "The account was banned due to a violation of the End User License Agreement and in-game policies, which all players acknowledged and agreed to.

A detailed email regarding the ban had already been sent to you at the time it was issued. Further requests on this topic will not be reviewed."

Now I am stuck with no account after not having done anything, and no appeal and no more replies for 4 days.
