Hey, So this just happend to me i´ve been playing nonstop from thursday 25/06 untill now (29/06) without logging off sleeping inbetween AV queues and all of a sudden i get banned and i check my mail and it says that i have been banned for using Hacks/Botting which i have not. Now it takes 24hrs+ for me to appeal the ban and i have no chance in hitting the honor cap if i can´t play now and i will have to play an additional week where i was supposed to go on vacation. I can´t find any telephone number so i can´t call blizzard support to get this sorted out.Can provide any proof they want
There is no phone number for years and to appeal bans you can do so only through ticket.
This queue cannot be bypassed.
You know that sounds very suspicious, if you were sleeping how did you not log out due to inactivity? How did you wake up when the queue popped?

So what you are saying is that i have to wait the estimated time for a response which will most likely make me have to play another week to get r14, Because i got banned for a bogus reason? And there is no way for me to get in contact with blizzard any faster?
Saneko is indeed correct in that a ticket is the only way to appeal an action on a game account. We can’t discuss suspensions or closures over the forums however with a ticket, the support team will investigate the issue in full to determine if the actions were correct.

Do you have any idea how long that could take? I´m willing to let a GM take controll off my pc and check everything on it and i can show all the proof they want,I would love to get it sorted out as soon as possible so i can continue my rank 14 grind,i currently have nothing else to do with my life tbh i actually enjoy playing 20 hours a day and i can prove with chat logs that i´m playing at all times i could even tell you what happend in every game i played.
Sadly no. There is an average timer visible when you hover over the ticket icon in game however this will show the maximum time it can take. So you may get responded to sooner which I hope will be the case here.

I really don´t understand this automated ban system where i get banned for being online for too long.And by the looks of it they are never going to read my appeal,First it said estimated time 19hrs and whenever i get close to the time it just keeps on going up,
If it continues like this i´ll have to play atleast 2 more weeks to get my rank and spend another 17hrs minimum everyday to achieve it i really don´t understand this Guilty untill proven inocent system.
Streamers were banned from WoW just because they were accused of something, why do you expect to be trated differently?
I don´t expect to be treated differently, I´m just really frustrated i got banned for something that i didn´t do and even more frustrated about the fact that i had 2 weeks left and thanks to the ban i´ll have to cancel my vacation and play two extra weeks to get my rank, I have been waiting for 26 hours for a response on my ticket now pressing refresh the entire time.
Playing 3 days non stop, sleeping between queues oh man don’t want to start judging but that’s sounds like real boting. You are saying you will suppose to have now extra 2 weeks vacation, vacation from what ? Real life? In your words there is so many things that doesn’t make sense at all
So you are telling me that playing 3 days sleeping in queues doesn´t sound possible? well it is and i could have gone for another 2 days. And about the vacation it´s not a vacation from real life it´s a vacation to go fishing for a week and i´m curious about what doesn´t make any sense at all? Because all of this is true if a blizzard employee can check my chat logs or even my keystrokes they should be able to see that i was in fact playing at all times. And sleeping in av queue is very doable i put and alarm for 23 min after every AV and i had another alarm for 30min all throught the day. And ofcourse i missed some games and fell asleep inside 1 or 2 AVs but i can assure you there was no botting involved only sleep deprivation.
That could be the reason, AFKing. You shouldn’t be able to join an AV without clicking the button. Sounds like automation to me.

What are you on about? i joined them by clicking Enter Battle then i fell asleep inside the bg one time at Shgy and the other time inside the cave just after joining . it´s not like i have a auto accept addon or any kind off program,And you are saying that i should get a perma ban for being afk in a AV? and classed as a bot? i wasn´t even leaching in a bg i just fell asleep
Permaban? I thought it was a six month ban unless you have been banned before.
AFKing, whether it’s falling asleep or any other way is against the rules.
Not to sound insensitive, but this may be a blessing in disguise. Go out and get yourself some fresh air while you wait on a reply to your ticket.
