hi I’m having problems of banning my shop in Iran
my shop is closed last year in Christmas because of my country and now I can’t buy anything with blizzard balance and I’m out of game time for like 7 of 8 month
I can’t buy the new patch of the game with my money because dollar is banned in my country and if u find the dollar its price is to high
and now the shadowland patch for me is 36 dollar and for buying it I need to work for two month without using a single cash
and some ppl in my country is doing gold farm or somehow they selling the items in the shop I really don’t know how they do it and they adding more money on the real price of the game like shadowland from 36 or 39 dollar they sell it with 57 dollar
the price of dollar in my country every week getting higher and every one dollar is 29000’t money need and normal price of one month work money in my country is 1000000’t
and don’t worry its not the high money all of it is gone only for buying normal food for 28 days and we have to work even with the virus or we starving
i ask the game master about this and they say u can only find some one in your country to buy the game or receive a gift from your friends and for opening the shop I need to travel to other country’s for living and its not possible because some of ppl even can’t make enough money for they food
I ask from game masters a lot for opening my shop but the just say its a policy thing and they can’t do anything or any help
if anyone can help in blizzard please do something
wow is my childhood game and its only fun I have in this stupid country

This is not something Blizzard can help you with as they’ll violate the embargo if they do. As you’ve already received a GM response, that’s basically it.
Blizzard hasn’t banned the shop in Iran.
American politics have. The American sanctions against Iran mean that no US company can directly trade with Iran. Since Blizzard is an American company, that means the shop had to close.
its not my fault then I live in Iran and its not me then have a problems with American for real if i have even 00.01% chance to leave this dumb country ill do it but we can’t leave the country not of because money or virus we can’t do it because this country is banned our self’s a lot its like one part of my body is bleeding and some1 show up and Pour the salt on my bleeding part
By rights you shouldn’t even be able to play from Iran.
You must be using some kind of proxy server or VPN.
It’s not that we don’t have sympathy. It must be hard having your favourite games cut off from you … but as Trovlak said, Blizzard is a US company which, by law, is not allowed to trade with Iran at the moment. Hopefully one day things will be different.
and if Iran is banned why or how some ppl in this county still selling the game and why the shop of some of this ppl is not closed?
this ppl have a site for selling the game items too by the way
living in Iran is big suffering by it self and this one is a lot more pain
It’s against the sanctions sell it to Iran but it’s not against them for you to buy it from a 3rd party.
People can gift you stuff, it’s against the sanctions but they still can, they are breaking them. Also not every country recognises the sanctions.
Misvanda, I can feel your pain. I have met many persians in this game over the years and what I heard from them paints a grim picture. The only thing I can suggest is that you check out the servers where most of them play, like Kazzak or Draenor horde side. Hopefully one or the other can give you some tips on how to keep playing.

no matter how much I missing because the shop is closed and I don’t have game time to buy it from other ways in game at start the free days I have 20k in horde and 40k in alliance and I farm like 70k gold with only dungeons gold sack bonus I’m try to farm somethings for sell but no1 buy any of them because shadowland is coming about next 17 days so I don’t get anything from selling stuff and
for now I have 120k
and I can’t buy anything with dollars I don’t have some bank cards for buying dollars and I can’t buy dollars because they far more expensive then u think
and in this country is banned dollar

sry if I say some things then u feel a little rude look imp learn the English in wow or speaking with other ppl in games not in class room because teachers in Iran is worse so I some of times can’t explain my self very well and maybe its just because I say the truth about my ppl and blizzard think its inappropriate

That’s the goal of sanctions like this, The Americans want your people to get angry at your government, It’s not good for any nations to have it’s citizens angry at them. Also to hurt the pocket of the nation too. That’s why they do it, Hence you’re affected by it.
It’s not Blizzard fault though, They need to follow it or they would have serious issues from the American government.
Be careful though, I think it’s dangerous to talk about your government that way on a public forum? Forgive me if I’m wrong. Just don’t want you to be in any kind of danger.

That is very true, I have seen reports in the UK media, about Iranians being made to “disappear”, for criticizing their own government. It could be propaganda, or it could be true, I don’t know which. So I will say yes, be careful what you say on a public fora.

just thinking how could an enemy be so weak to try limit something for people of a country while they are almost 14-24 years old
and amazing thing i’ve seen here is “Misvanda” Destroying his country and called it an stupid country cuz he cant play a video game 
he also trying to do something other iranian get banned becuz they can play in some way and he cant
i’ve started playing in blizzard when i was 15 now i’m 25 i’m a persian too i’ve suffered this ban waves once in 2012 in 4.0.0 and once 2019 with shop ban wave but as i know blizzard he will never did this with his own Decision and everyone who has a little brain can feel it .
In the End i’ve never destroyed my nation in public for my own benefits
i respect all Nations and i hope you guys keep an eye on your childrens to grow as a MAN not someone who sell his nation for a video game
