Hello hunters, I come seeking help in taming Ban’thalos. Been camping for days an must keep missing him. Is anyone able to help see if he’s up on their realms?

Have you completed the quest chain banthalos is phased in the hyjal quest line.
In addition he is legitimittly really damn high you may not be high enough he is though usually there

As Theloa says you need to have done Hyjal questing before unlocking his phasing. He hovers above Sanctuary of Malorne, its impossible to miss him if u go to the place.
To tame him u should use the trees around the sanctuary - mount and fly yourself to the top of the tree until ur in a position where whne you dismount you are still on the tree’s top. Then simply wait (or if he has spawned proceed) and when he appears just fly up straight without moving forward or to the sides etc and use a macro (u can find it on youtube videos) on your concussive shot with a cancel auto attack so you dont oneshot him. Then you only need to tame, but u should also place a freezing trap if u can on the tree top and also remove ur gear or you will die.

At lvl 120 you don’t even need to trap. But its not exactly easy to stand at the top of the trees there.

Hi all, yes quest was done, I knew where to find him, finally tamed last night after about a week of solid camping haha.
