The barber shop is bugged for me and it has been like this for so long! I can change the costumization but i can never press accept, the accept button just doesnt work PLS fix this miserable bug it has been around for like months
What testing have you done?
Is it one character? all characters? Have you tried with no addons?
Do all that and run a scan and repair if it still persists use the bug report function ingame, you are piddling into the wind posting bug reports here as there is no EU bug report forum, we’ve to report bugs ingame.

It’s a long standing bug, i had it and reorted it on PTR back when pet customisation was added for Warlocks which was when i noticed it started happening.
Nothing to do with addons. It just simply bugs out and doesn’t allow you to save changes becuase the accept button stays greyed out and non functional. It’s kinda random, sometimes it will work, sometimes it wont and does not effect all characters at the same time.

Start your game without addons and try again.

its nothing to do with addons i disabled all of them. I have tried with no addons but it still didnt work. but I was able to change now but it doesnt work again, it iis very buggy hope blizz fix it. The bug comes and goes
