Bartlett's Bitter Brew just dissapeared ingame, ticket closed with no solution, resolved

So as the title says, I got robbed by the game of my November Bartlett’s Bitter Brew. I tried to claim it from my mail few days ago and it said “Item is missing” even though I clearly saw it in my mail. I closed the window and reopened the mail. But now there’s no brew anymore, just the paper copy of the letter from the Club. But the brew is not in my inventory either. It just dissapeared. Since I’m aiming for the achievement, this is a bit infuriating. I dont see it in item restoration either, so can’t restore it that way.
Which leads me to believe, that some sort of bug manifested during me trying to claim it.

I submitted a ticket, but today I got just the automated bullcrap, that everyone gets these days. So no help on that front.

Can somebody tell me, if it happened to them too? How did you resolve it? Or any other ideas I can try? I have 10 days to figure this out, or I’ll have to wait another year.

EDIT: So for anyone in Wotlk Classic, whos missing it too - The brew vendor doesn’t just refill your bottle, she sells the brew of the month in bulk. She is a goblin and is located in Valley of Spirits, in the hutch under the Blasted lands portal.

Eh, you can just buy unlimited brew of the month drinks from the brew vendor.

For the alliance it’s a goblin in stonefire Tavern, for the Horde, i don’t know. But you must have him somewhere.

oh no, you can buy unlimited stacks. I love drinking hundreds of them and throwing the empty bottles at tanks waiting too long before pulling.

Resubmit the ticket in the future, times I’ve done tickets and got fobbed off with that automatic “To save you time” bs I resubmit.
