Can you repeat the Legion intro instance Battle for Broken Shore, not the cut-scene the actual instance?
Yes.
When you start the Legion stuff, then you’ll get a text option to skip it by the NPC (can’t remember who), and then you just appear in Dalaran - obviously don’t choose that option!
If you choose not to skip, then you get to do the whole Broken Shore scenario first.

I completed it for the first time ever on my main, any way to repeat it on my main?
I don’t think so. It basically acts as a quest, and there really isn’t a way to repeat a quest you’ve already done.
But you can do it on an alt. I think it’s level 98 the Legion content becomes availiable.

Edit: Actually no, you can’t. I just tested on this character, i have completed the scenario and it doesn’t let me take it again.
However this is the NPC you have to talk to if you happened to skip the scenario.
