So I read about the existence of a quest in the aftermath of the Battle for Darkshore and some claimed it appeared for them. I keep checking but there is nothing there. It should have been added in 8.3. Is this true?
Also, on another topic, I think I read about a datamine claiming the existence of some sort of BfA ending quest where the faction leaders discuss the events in the expansion. Are these in the game or have misread?
There is such quest, but it is not available for players. Quest name is “A New Hope”.
When 8.3 came out with Heroic Darkshores Warfront, Wowhead moderators made a thread where they told, that this quest now is available for players.

Yes its true. After you will complete full quest chain with Magni, for Azeroth, including last quest with killing of NZot, than Valira appears with a quest for you.
In that quest she ask you to come in to Stormwind to meat with all Alliance leaders.
There you can listen to their discussion, and after that you can talk with each leader separately.
