I’m levelling a new worgen and have been enjoying it so far. However, I’ve come to the Battle for Gilneas quest and I’m stuck.
I’m supposed to speak to Krennan Araras but he is nowhere to be found. I’ve typed /tar Krennan but nothing comes up. I’ve read wowhead and the associated comments but no-one yells my name when I accept the quest and he is not standing anywhere near the quest giver nor is he on/near the bridge as the comments say he should.
I have accepted and completed every quest I’ve found up to this point and have no more in my quest log to do other than this one.
Is there anything else I need to check or can do before I raise a ticket?
When Krennan is not there, this usually means that someone else is doing the battle for Gilneas scenario. Once their scenario is finished, he will respawn at the bridge. At this point, you will be able to talk to him, and start your scenario.
Edit Note: All available players who are there and eligible for the battle will be able to participate. As long as you are there, it will also include you.
Seems rather an odd thing though. I’m on a well populated server, having to wait for this guy to respawn all the time seems a bit of a quest design flaw but I suppose it’s been this way for all this time. I’ve tried this several times already! I’ll just have to be patient I guess.
Thank you for this. I have tried the quest again and still have the same problem. I’ve just submitted a ticket using your link so hopefully this will get sorted out. I’d really like to progress my character!
