I have an issue with the authenticator on my mobile phone, I factory reseted my mobile phone and now I can`t set the authenticator due that I deleted the screenshots with Serial and Restore Code and forgot to remove the authenticator before factory reset . Please Help me get my authenticator back so I can log in to my battle.net mobile app too . Thank you

You can’t see why what you are asking for is a really bad idea?
Like really really bad.
Like they’d have to take you through security, ask you security questions, ask you to upload a scan of your government issued ID to the forums, potentially expose your entire identity to identity theft on a PUBLIC FORUM?
They can only deal with account issues via ticket, and assisted removal of the authenticator is classed as an account issue. For all the reasons I just laid out. For all the reasons that should have been obvious.
If you need help removing the authenticator, best thing to do would be to make a ticket request. You can do that from here.
