Battle net consistently logging out

Hi,

Myself and my partner (on a Windows machine and a Mac respectively) have noticed we are being logged out of Battle.net every single day at this point. Checking the “keep me logged in” button does nothing. Its becoming an absolute nuisance and want to report it as this has never been the case before. I am having to log in multiple times a day after not having to log in for literally a stretch of months.

When I log in it is successful and I’m seeing no error code, nor is my account logged in anywhere else at any point, this is the only machine I have it installed on. Same for my partner, they use it on one machine too.

Hi Repent, if the Battle.net App’s “keep me logged in” option isn’t working for you try the steps here.

Previous issues with that option were hotfixed, once you’ve tried those steps if the issue remains you can report this further by the Desktop App bug report forum.

I’m noticing this myself.
It’s not logging me out, but when I run the app the password field goes blank, but it still logs me in.
It’s weird.
